The obligation for self-employed corporate workers to communicate their data to the Social Security before 31 October is extended until 31 March 2024.

The Sole Transitional Provision of Royal Decree 504/2022, of 27 June, established the obligation for, among others, self-employed workers who are members of collective companies, as well as their family collaborators, and economically dependent self-employed workers (TRADE) to communicate a series of data to the General Treasury of the Social Security relating to all the companies of which they form part before 31 October 2023.

Following meetings between the professionals involved and the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, we have been informed that this deadline has been extended to 31 March 2024.

From the Labor Department of UHY Fay & Co., we remain at your disposal to solve your doubts in this regard, as well as to manage and complete the obligatory communications before the General Treasury of the Social Security prior to the new expiry date informed, 31 March 2024.
